Yarn Acquisition
Our cotton yarn is sourced from the highest quality mills across India and goes through a stringent quality check.
Preparatory and Weaving
Yarn is then sized or warped depending on requirement.
Dyeing and Stitching
Yarn dyed products are dyed first and then warped on beams, after which the warped beams are loaded on to looms for weaving. Grey fabrics are then dyed or bleached after weaving. The towels are sheared and polished, and go through various Quality Control measures, and are then taken for stitching.
Storage and Export
The finished products are then stocked and packed for storage in our warehouse prior to export to leading institutions around the world.
